I always get food from my girls here, but tonight just wasn’t the same the person at the window tonight, was to busy rushing to give me my order that he forgot my drink, I had to sit at the drive through waiting to get the gentlemen’s attention just to go my drink and ontop of it never gave me my straw. This is my favorite place to eat even when I’m working. But some days the food doesn’t taste cooked properly and tonight his vibe just wasn’t nice at all.

This happened tonight like 10 mins before closing. The line was incredibly long but that wasnt the worst of it. I asked for the price of the lowmein i ordered but they ignored me. After i paid and went through the drive through the low mein smelled funny. i looked through the low mein and found strange yellow liquid on the bottom of my low mein. I never recalled having yellow liquid even as oil remaining in my panda express. due to the smell i believe its urine and they peed in my food. il considering taking legal action because this is really disgusting. definitely going to report this to the business bureau. horrific

Went to pandas Express on June 16th. After a lot of confusion at the drive-thru as I told the young lady I had three items to order. I ordered my first plate and she gave me a price and told me to come to the window. I told her I had two more items to order. She seemed to be aggravated. I got to the window paid for my order. She came back with my card and gave me my food. I said I needed some sauce and told her what kind. She grabs them by the handful throws them in the bag looks at me like I've done something wrong and like she was doing me a favor with a very disturbed look on her face. Left with my food. Check my order and was missing an item. So I go back in the store same young woman was standing at the register told her I was missing my braised barbecue brisket. She continues to question me saying are you sure it's not in the bag in the container. I said no. It's supposed to be in a separate container. I ordered the bigger plate. She finally gives me the rest of my braised BBQ brisket. Looks really pissed off, which I could care less at this point. Terrible experience. Will never be back as long as I know she's there. Food was good as always.

The young women who is a manager here is so sweet and so amazing and super helpful. I called a few days to just say that my food wasn’t the best and she was sooo understanding and offered everything in her power to make it better. When I came in today to try to get another order she remembered who I was. She is so hospitable and deserves the world. Thank you so much for making my day. Your sweet nature made my day better

Please hire someone for the drive thru or close the drive thru down. The drive through takes over 5 minutes and we have to go in every time becsuse the drive thru guy is doing inside orders at the same time. Dont over work him instead get him help. The food is delicious and the staff is very nice they just need more workers. Thank you. Salute from an Army Soldier!
